In the beginning of April the new Environmental and Photography camp SEEDS 007 - Easter in Reykjavík started, hosting participants from France, Germany, the UK with SEEDS volunteers from Estonia, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia and Hungary. Based in a cosy wooden house hidden in the Botanical Garden of Reykjavík, we celebrated Easter together. 

Besides colouring Easter eggs with natural paints (turmeric, blueberry and onions) and having a easter hunt after chocolate eggs hidden in the most surprising parts of the house, we spent our time learning about environmental issues and photography. We made our own deodorant and sugar scrub, hunted for trash in the area nearby the house (even better than the egg hunt!) and tried to take the best photo-shots of Aurora and beautiful waterfalls we visited during the excursions. We also learnt about each other's identities and cultures when listening to the country presentations and relaxed in the evening with games or movies. 

We are grateful to have spent this time with these very special people and we hope that they have the same warm feeling in their hearts as we do, when they think about their time spent in Iceland.
