Inspired by Iceland
SEEDS 054. Botanic Garden in Reykjavík
08.07.2013

Crazy nights, crazy days, a work camp full of events!

Actually work camps give us different opportunities: to meet new friends, to know yourself better, to discover Iceland, fall in love ….  It’s up to everyone what kind of experience you are ready to pass through. And we did our best to enjoy our time together in  Iceland!

Volunteers from Russia, Check Republic, South Korea and Finland came to make more beautiful local botanical garden. It’s a special area with a relaxing atmosphere, full of  Nordic trees and  flowers.  A lot of people come there to enjoy the nature.  The work was rather relaxing and easy and we were full of energy to discover Reykjavik during our  free time.

We did our best to discover Iceland as much as possible during only two weeks. We visited local beach and swam in Atlantic ocean, we saw Reykjavik from the highest point of view and danced ballet there, we visited zoo and art galleries, we saw geysers and marvelous waterfalls, a beautiful beach with black sand, we swam in an abandoned swimming pool in mountains, we visited ancient parliament and  enjoyed night life in Reykjavik.

We spent great time together working and having fun!
