YAP, Youth Action for Peace, has invited SEEDS to take part in their Committee of Directors meeting in London between February 22nd and 25th, 2007.

SEEDS Iceland started cooperation with some of the branches of YAP during 2006 hosting volunteers in our workcamps in Iceland. For the year 2007 SEEDS is being part of a short-term EVS centralised project and we also applied to receive long-term volunteers from YAP members.

"Youth Action for Peace is an international movement which aims at societies of justice, peace and human solidarity. It struggles against any form of violence, exploitation, exclusion, oppression and imbalance of natural surroundings. It supports all those who want to take their destiny into their own hands so as to organise collectively a responsible and liberating society".
