Right now (midnight) we are enjoying one of the most amazing sunsets we´ve ever seen and along the two days we´ve been at the Djúpavík workcamp we have already had tons of picture opportunities! Westfjords are simply astonishing ;)

Today, our first working day, we´ve been cleaning the bottom beach of the fjord. Now it´s looking at its best and we´ve had a lot of fun while doing our different tasks. The guys took care of piling up wood trunks and metal parts and the girls did the plastic. We´ve had also some time to play some games that will help us to know each other better.

Tomorrow, we´ll meet our host again to clarify the daily tasks but everything indicates that if the weather is as nice as today was, we´ll be working outdoors again!
