Adult learning also contributes to improving social cohesion and promotes active citizenship.

Traineeships offer the chance to work with SEEDS for a period between 3-12 months (ideally a minimum of 5 months). During this time, trainees have the opportunity to be a vital part of the intercultural hub in SEEDS, to develop or improve personal and professional skills, work on their communication skills and improve their level of English. Trainees also have the opportunity to create long-lasting and meaningful bonds between volunteers, staff, short-term volunteers and locals.
A traineeship at SEEDS is an exceptional option for people who wish to travel abroad, gain professional experience and obtain hands-on understanding of current global issues.
Every year we host a number of trainees and the available roles are:
- Photography Camp Leader - minimum period of stay 5 months, with starting period in January / April / September
- Environment Camp Leader - minimum period of stay 5 months, with starting period in January / April / September
- Public Relations (PR) & Communications Volunteer - minimum period of stay 3 months
- Logistics & Operations Volunteer - minimum period of stay 3 months
